I am transiting in same terminal (Turkish Airline to Cathy Pacific) 3 at Beijing Capital Airport.

Will I need to clear security to change plane and is 2hrs enough for the connection?

Are your flight international to international? If yes, then the time is enough and you need to clear the security.
