About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I need a visa, or I can do the 24h transit in Shenzhen?? My passport is Spanish!

Hello, I have a flight from Madrid to Shenzhen, arriving at 10:30pm and then I fly to Philippines five hours later, at 5:30am(I have the ticket and the Visa for Philippines), my flights are separated, so I have to pick up my luggage from the first flight.

Thank You very much for your answer, I am asking the airline and the embassy and the airline's just told me that probably they are not going to let me get onboard without a visa because my flights are separated 😓....I am receiving contradictory information and what I need is an official document with this information that you gave me, do you know any email or someone I can write to to get it officially?
