About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I avail the free 24 hour visa? Do i have to go to another country if not?

I have to be in Qingdao for 5 hours. Singapore - Qingdao - Singapore

No. But if you have Singapore passport, you can enjoy free entry to China for 15 days. No visa will be needed, either.
