About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Am I qualified for the 24 -hour Visa Free Transit?

I have 19 hours lay over in Beijing, and my destination flight is Manila. Should I get transit visa if I will be staying at Transit hotel and go out on a day tour before returning to the airport in Beijing?
