Cruising after Shanghai

We arriving to Shanghai by Aeroflot's plane at January 2 from Russia(our citizenship is Russia) and we departing at January 5 by cruise ship Sapphire Princess from Shanghai to Singapore without any other stops in China. We won't leave Shanghai territory during that stay.
Can we use 144 hours transit policy without visa for our stay in Shanghai?
