About:China Visa

HK-Shanghai-Sydney

We are Australian citizens. We are flying from Sydney to HK (for one week visit) then from HK to Shanghai (for 4 days) then directly back to Sydney (changing planes in HK). Can we use the 144 hour free transit for our stay in Shanghai?
