can i apply for X2 chinese student visa IN JAPAN being a foreigner (argentina),not resident,tourist

can i apply for x2 chinese in japan being a foreigner (form argentina) only visiting, not resident. thanks.

Hi, I’m afraid it is rather difficult for you to get it from there because temporary visitors in Japan are usually advised to make the application in their home country.
