Turkish citizen 24 hours free transit Beijing airport?

Hi, I'm a turkish passport holder, but resident in Germany.
I want to travel this route FRA-PEK-BKK and return. Is it right, I don't need a transit visa for 24 hours stay within the airport?
I'm afraid, that the airline at the departure airport can refuse my check in?
