About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have to be in Shanghai and Beijing in 3 days

Can i do both Shanghai and Beijing with 144 hour twov ?

If you have two stops in China you are immediately limited to 24 hours transit without visa. 144 hours does not apply.
