About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, would this be possible (German Passport):

Athens-Frankfurt-Shanghai-Frankfurt-Munich-Stop (under 24 hours)-Athens

This obviously requires a visa. Germany-China-Germany is not a transit of China, and transit without visa does not apply.
