About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

Hi, I have a connecting flight on Nov. 9, Air China.

will arrive at Beijing Capital Airport 5pm from Montreal, Canada
And my connecting flight to Manila, Philippines will leave at 6:55pm, will I have enough time to find the terminal? How many minutes do I need to walk? Thank you.

You need about 60 minutes at least to finish the transfer and you can follow the transfer procedures as below Flight Arrival → Transfer Procedures → Border Inspection →Customs Inspection → Going through Transfer Formalities → Waiting & Boarding.
