About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

CAN to HKG on 72h visa

Hi,

I have 48h layover in Guangzhou and will arrange 72h free transfer there. With that twov, can I go for a 1-night trip to Hong Kong and then back to Guangzhou for my next flight out of China?

Thanks.

Andrej

You would need a visa to be able to travel to and from hong Kong by land. The TWOV only allows you to visit the province you landed in.
