About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

am my trip legible for 72h free vise

US to Tokyo/NRT for3 days to Shanghai for 2 days to Tokyo/HND for 7 days to US

I'm afraid it is not eligible for the visa-free transit as it is just a return trip rather than a transit.
