About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I arrive at PEK on Air China from SIN and transfer to Air Canada going to Canada.

Do I need to pick up luggage? Do I need to go through immigration/ security?

If the airlines you take has opened the luggage check through service, you don't need to pick up your luggage again.
