About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

[US-MANILA(STOPOVER)-SHANGHAI(STOPOVER TO JOIN A CRUISE)-SINGAPORE(STOPOVER)-MANILA(STOPOVER)-US]

1) my clients are US Passport holder (us citizen), from US they will fly to Manila first to attend a group reunion for 6days. Then from Manila they will fly to SH, a day before the Celebrity Cruise departure which leaves at the Cruise Port of SH. Cruise will end in Singapore, then will fly back to Manila again for vacation then depart back to US - are they eligible to get the 144h free transit on arrival?

2) what about if will extend 2 more days in Singapore before flying back to Manila - are they still eligible?

3) how about from US to MANILA (stopover), then Manila to SH (join the cruise the next day) - cruise ends at Singapore then fly back to US - are they eligible to get the 144h free transit on arrival?

Pls advise. Thanks a lot. maricel

Dear, if you entry and exit China from Shanghai and won't make any stops in China on the way, you are eligible for 144 hours free visa.
