My clients are US Passport holder (us citizen), from US they will fly to Manila first to attend a group reunion for 6days. Then from Manila they will fly to Shanghai, a day before the Celebrity Cruise departure. Are they eligible to get the 144h free transit on arrival? Pls advise. Thanks a lot. maricel
