If I fly Seoul-USA-Shanghai with a 2-hour stopover in Seoul on return, do I quality?
If I fly from Korea to USA and then USA > * > Shanghai > Korea BUT with just *2 hour stopover in Korea immediately before Shanghai, do I quality for the 72 hour twov in Shanghai?
