About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am traveling Kathmandu (Nepal) - Kunming - Nanjing - Vancouver.

I’m traveling with a Canadian passport. My stay in China is 16 hours from first arrival to last departure. As I have a connecting flight, im confused as to whether I need a vis or if I still qualify for the 24 hour exemption. If anyone can help that would be hugely appreciated.

You are eligible for the 24h twov in mainland China. No need to apply for a visa.
