Z visa documents

I’m planning on teaching in China. I am currently going through interviews. Can I start the document recognition/validation process with the Chinese embassy without having an employer/contract?

The documents: celta certificate; university degree certificate; criminal check; passport page and photo

Hope you can help!

Regards,

Jim

No. You need to ask your employer to provide you a work permit, then you can apply for a work Z type from the embassy in your country.

Thanks for the heads up! How long does it take to get the visa if you have all the documents and an employer?

It usually takes four working days for the processing.
