About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Residence permit for parents. I am PhD student student in Chinese University.

I want to keep my parents with me in China. My query is that my parents also want residence permit till they are here. Can authorities issue residence permit in their favour.

Your parents can try to apply for S1 type to visit you in mainland China. If it can succeed, they can apply for the Chinese residence permit after entry.
