Eligibility of transit even not the same airline

Hi, I want to book multiple flights with layover in Shanghai less than 24 hours. I am from Philippines so only 24 hours limit but then when I get to Shanghai i need to get luggage and check in again for the next flight within the same day. Question really is, will the immigration let you out even though you don't have the boarding pass but a valid ticket instead?
