Transport from Fuzhou airport to Main Railway station

What is the best way to travel from the airport to the railway station? taxi or bus?
I heard that there is possibility taxis will ask to pay for a return trip if the distance is too long, is that true?

You can take the airport express and get off at Minyun North Bus Station and then walk about 6 minutes to the railway station. The whole ride needs about 55 minutes and CNY26.

If you take a taxi, you may spend about CNY150 – 160. So you are advised to take the airport express.

No, taking a taxi is much faster than taking a bus and it may take about 30 - 40 minutes without traffic jam.
