About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

I have 9 hour layover at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.

Does it allows to go outside of airport and recheck for international transfer too?

Yes, you can go outside but you shall apply to the entry-exit frontier inspection authorities for temporary entry permit at the airport.
