Hi I am South African working in China currently

Can I apply for Chinese working Z in Hong Kong if I have all relevant documents or do I have to go back to South Africa to apply?

Hi, as I know, it's possible for you to apply from the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in HK SAR. You can have a try.
