About:Xiamen North Railway Station

Query transport to travel to Fuzhou

(1) Flight will arrive Xiamen airport at 11am with 2 pax (1 adult and 1 child), what is the convenience and cheapest to travel to Fuzhou?
(2) How to travel Xiamen airport to Fuzhou by train?
(3) Do you have to pruchase ticket in advance?
(4) Can purchase ticket upon arriving at the airport?
(5) Where to get the ticket? Can get ticket at airport?
(6) Can arrive Fuzhou at 1pm?

You need to use the rail service. Most of the high speed rides will go from Xiamen North Station. You can take the airport shuttle bus to reach the North Station and then take the rail. It is recommended to buy the tickets in advance as they sold out sometimes on the travel date. To buy a ticket or collect a ticket on spot, the airport would not work, only railway station.

It is not possible to reach Fuzhou at 1pm. It may take you around 1 hour at the airport for the immigration, about 1 hour for the shuttle bus to North Station (waiting and transfer). You also need at least 1 hour for the ticket collection or buying a ticket at railway station.
