Application for vietnamese visa to visit hong kong

What is the requirement for a Vietnamese who is holding a Vietnam passport to apply a visa to visit hong kong for a short holiday

You may need to provide copy of passport, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, proof of your financial support, transportation and accommodation arrangement, and your travel plan.
