About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I arrive at Beijing at 13.05 T3 and depart at 15.30 for Hong Kong T3

Is this enough time? What do I need to do?

Do you refer to an international to international transfer?
If yes, it is enough for the transfer and here are the transfer procedures: Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Border Inspection - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding
