Can I be eligible for 144 hours transit visa twice?

Hi, I am flying from Helsinki Finland to Shanghai and then from Shanghai to Osaka. I am spending three days in Shanghai so I am of course eligible for 144 hours free transit. But am I eligible for 144 hours free transit if I fly back one week later same route but other direction, i.e. Osaka Shanghai Helsinki? So can I use 144 hours free transit twice?
