About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

If I fly from sydney to Haikou and plan to travel both Hainan island and mainland china,

can I apply for voa at haikou?

Yes, you can but if you want to travel to other cities in China, you must ask your travel agency to help you apply for a regular Chinese visa from the Exit and Entry Administration of the local Public Security Bureau.
