You can  first take the metro line 2 at Nanjing East Road station and then get off Xujing East station. Then take the bus Qingpu No.25 and get off at East Yinggang Road Mingzhu Road. Then walk about 5 minutes to your destination.You didn't give the address of your hotel and  I just can told you that the Nanjing East Road metro staiton is about 13 minutes' walk from the Bund. And the taxi fare is about CNY90 - 100.
