About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

I intend to have a 144 hours transit visa exemption, arriving at PVG from SIN.

I must to inform for my intention to obtain a transit visa exemption the Singapore airlines prior to travel , during the check in or upon entering in the plane?

The procedures to apply for the 144 hours visa are: Inform the airlines when boarding – Fill an Arrival/ Departure Card on the flight – Apply the 72-hour permit – Claim the luggage – Go through the custom – Leave airport
