About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi there! I'm a Jamaican passport holder and I intend to transit through China on my way to Mexico.

Do I qualify for the 24 hour visa free transit? My layover is 4 hours in Beijing.

Do I properly understand you that your itinerary will be:

Japan - China (Beijing) - Mexico

If I have properly understood you and your entire itinerary is bought under a single booking (single ticket), you are definitely and undoubtedly eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa.

Upon your landing in Beijing you will just walk from one to the other gate and you do not need to fulfill any formality nor to fill out any forms. Also, you will not be a subject or immigration or customs inspections. On your walk from one to the other gate you will just encounter a security check. Basically, it could not be easier and simpler than it is. Have a nice journey.
