Rome to Beijing. Shanghai to Christchurch

Can I get a 72 or 144 hour free visa if I fly into Beijing, get a train to Shanghai and depart from SHanghai for Christchurch (NZ)?

I am afraid that it doesn't work if you stopover in Beijing and Shanghai. I kindly suggest you apply for China Visa in advance in terms of your itinerary.
