About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Manila - Shanghai - Hong Kong - Manila

We will be traveling from Manila to Shanghai with an hour layover in Hong Kong. Less than 72 hours after that we will be flying back to Hong Kong for a few days and then back to Manila. Will we be eligible for the 72 hour twov?

That's not transit so no. Also Filipino citizens are not eligible anyway.
