Hello, Transit Visa for Vietnamese

I am Vietnamese passport holder and I will take flight from Japan to Vietnam, transit in Beijing less than 24 hours. Do I need to apply for a transit visa?

As far as I know, Vietnamese are allowed to transit in Guangzhou in 24 hours direct transit, but not allowed in Shenzhen. Where can I find the list of airport under similar restrictions?
