can i buy fast train tickets for hong kong to quangzhouthen to shanghai from

I am travelling from Sydney, Australia  to Hong Kong in March 2019. I like to take the fast ride from Hong Kong to Guangzhou and stay for a few days before travelling from Guangzhou to Shanghai.Can I buy the tickets from Australia ?Or when I am staying in Hong Kong ?I am travelling with my elderly mother and would like to make it convenient for her. Is there any wheelchair service ?Thank youDr Chung Melbourne ,Australia

For the HK to Guangzhou trip, it should be possible to buy it at the station if you are not tight in time as there are many rides a day. For the Guangzhou to Shanghai trip, it would be better if you book it in advance or at leased a few days in advance once you reach Guangzhou.If you will travel with wheelchair, it should be fine to use it in the station but not sure if the station itself can offer wheelchair for passengers.
