About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit in Shanghai airport from US to Manila and back to US

Traveling back to US from Manila with transit in Shanghai airport for 8 hrs, are we eligible for the 24-hr TWOV and leave airport to go sightseeing?

You are eligible for the 24-hr TWOV and if you have hotel reservation, maybe you can leave airport to go sightseeing.
