About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I am flying from US to thialand to Cambodia to Shanghai to US am I eligible for 144 hours?

Yes, you are eligible and remember you can only stay to move in Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu when you are in China.
