Can I enter China at Pudong Airport without a Tourist Visa having Volker a Cruise same day in Board of an international Cruise Line leaving Shanghai best day?

If you just transfer in Shanghai to the third country or region and have prepared enough documents including a passport valid for at least three months from the date of entry, a valid visa to the third country or region if required, and a ticket to a third country or region, then there will no problem for you to enter China without a visa.
