US citizen traveling from JFK reaching PEK on NOV. 15 and leaving PEK to BOM on Nov. 20. Am i eligible for 144 Hours transit visa? If yes how much it costs.

Yes, you are eligible for the 144-hour visa policy if you stay to move only in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei during the stay in China. It won't cost anything.
