About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I fly from US to TPE (Taipei) non stop and then to PEK (Beijing)

I will stay 3 nights in BJ and then go to USA. So this will be my third country (I travel with Mexico passport and live in Mexico). Can I apply for the 144 hour visa when I arrive to PEK?

Yes, you can but remember you can only be allowed to stay in the three areas during your stay in China: Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
