About:Chinese Embassy in Papua New Guinea

I want to go to China via Hong Kong for for medical surgery up to 21 days f.

Do I need a visa for Hong Kong?
Do I need Visa for mainland China?

You don't need it for HK, but for mainland China, you need to get a visa in advance.
