About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Vietnamese passport holder living in Vietnam.

I'll by flying from Vietnam on January 4 and arrive Shanghai at 6:30PM and My cruise leaves on January 5 at 6PM. Am I still eligible for the 24-hours Direct transit?
