About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Can i use the 144hr visa free exemption?

We are doing a cruise from Singapore to Shanghai. then staying in the city for 3 nights/4 days. Then flying back to Australia.
Does that qualify for the visa exemption
Regards Kerry
