About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

British Passport Holders.

My husband was born in the PRC and me in the UK and we are both now full UK passport holders. Unfortunately, this meant my husband had to give up his Chinese passport and citizenship. We have 2 children together both born in the UK. My husband's parents, sister etc still live in the PRC. Would we be able to visit them and could we get a family Visa? Would we qualify? Thank you. Lauren

Hi, you can try to apply for family Q type to visit them in mainland China. Check the official website of the CVASC in your country to find the detailed requirements for the application.
