Will she be allowed to use either the 72 hour or 24 hour transit visa so we can see Shanghai?

Hi! My wife and I have a 30 hour layover in Shanghai on our way from Cebu to Washington DC. I have a US passport, my wife has a Philippine Passport with a valid US Green Card.

Your wife cannot apply for 72h twov. As your layover time is over 24 hours, she cannot apply 24h twov either. So she needs a visa then.
