I want to ask that can i go outside airport? if yes then what will be the procedure and do i have to take my luggage? Thanks in advance

Your both trips qualify for the 24h twov in Shanghai, and no visa will be required. But leaving the airport is no longer possible if your layover is less than 24 hours regardless of nationality. If you mean leaving the airport, then it is up to the immigration officer. Some reported that bringing a hotel reservation will help. You can have a try. If your luggage will be delivered to the final destination directly, you don’t need to claim it after arrival.
