Will 2h 20 minutes be enough?

Hello, I will be arriving to Beijing from Guilin Liangjiang Int. Apt (KWL) via Air China at 0:30 and departing to Vienna (Air China) at 02:50 also via Air China. Both flights are in T3. Would I have enough time to transfer? Are there maybe fewer people and shorter waiting times at the desks? I'm also not sure if I will have to pick up my luggage and check it in again, so I'm a bit worried about the time. Thank you very much for your reply!
