About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

My flight is from Indonesia to Japan, will transit on Pudong for 2h

My flight is from Indonesia to Japan, will transit on Pudong for 2h, do i still need to go to the immigration counters for filling any requirement transit?

No, according to the new rule, there is no border inspection procedure if you don't plan to get out of the airport.
