About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

British Passport holders but residents in Hong Kong have booked to stay in Marriott hotel, Sanya

Can the hotel apply for Visa free access if my documents are sent to them?
I don't know what service the tour operator will provide as I have already booked and paid for the hotel and they will provide me with transfer from the airport to the hotel.
Do you have an idea of the cost the tour agencies charge to process the application?

You need to contact the hotel to ask if they can apply for this. It takes about CNY 300 to 400.

There is no charge of the process, however, you need to pay for a tour.

I'm not sure, they may charge some fees, you are suggested to contact one local agency to learn more details about that.
